Welcome to the Diablerets Alpine Centre volunteer page. We love our volunteers and are so happy to have you join us as much or as little as you can throughout the season.

We like to thank our volunteers for dedicating their time to our centre. Every volunteer will receive a free lunch and lift pass if needed. We have a loyalty programme in place which includes such items as:
- a backpack after 1 day of volunteering
- a winter hat after 3 days of volunteering
- A ski jacket and pants that will be ordered for you after 6 days of volunteering and with a deposit of 200 CHF. This deposit will be refunded after your 20th day of volunteering (which can be accumulated over several years, or sooner!).
In addition, we are working on finding low cost accomodation options for our volunteers that we will update you with soon.
Volunteering roles
The types of jobs you can fulfil at the Diablerets Alpine Centre include:
- Start and finish line judges
- Timing – both at the start and the arrival zones (no skiing needed)
- Preparation of the slope – installing netting, smoothing the race course, maintaining race conditions (removing excess snow from around gates, ensuring gates and flags are secure, fixing issues on the slope etc.)
- Welcoming athletes and coaches – taking payments, providing lift passes..
